Public offer for the Premium subscription
1. Parties
Provider: self-employed [FULL NAME], INN [INN], city [city], applying the Russian professional income tax regime (NPD). Contact: support@ershovcomputer.ru.
2. Scope
Access to extended features of the Ershov Computer educational service for 365 days from activation: cloud progress (circuits, chips, Verilog projects and modules); 100 AI mentor requests per day per account (shared by the game and the library); solution review after completing a level; a personal PDF certificate with a verification QR code; support replies within 24 hours on business days.
The core features — 47 levels, the library, the AI mentor with 20 requests per day, school cloud sync and the regular certificate — remain free.
3. Price and payment
The price is 1990 RUB for 365 days. Payment is made by transfer to the Provider's card. The customer puts the account email in the payment comment. A Russian “My Tax” receipt is issued for every payment. The subscription does not renew automatically; reminders are sent 14 and 3 days before expiry. Payment by RU card only.
4. Activation
After the payment is verified, a single-use activation code is sent to the account email. The code is valid for 30 days and is activated at /premium/. The subscription starts at activation.
5. Refunds
A refund is available within 14 days of payment if fewer than 200 Premium AI requests were used and no personal certificate was issued. The refund is sent back to the same card. On refund the activation code is revoked and the subscription ends. After 14 days there are no refunds except where required by consumer protection law.
6. Support
Requests: support@ershovcomputer.ru. Reply within 24 hours on business days. This is not a “priority” service: the reply time is the same for everyone.
7. Personal data
Personal data is processed under the personal data consent and the privacy policy. Data is hosted in the Russian Federation. Minimum age is 14; users under 18 need the consent of a legal representative.
8. Liability and changes
The service is provided “as is”. The Provider may amend the offer; paid subscriptions are governed by the version in effect on the payment date. The offer version is stored in the customer's account.
The final text is subject to legal review before Premium is enabled (PREMIUM_ENABLED=1).
