Personal data consent
By ticking the consent checkbox when signing in to a Premium account, I freely give my consent to the self-employed [FULL NAME], INN [INN] (the Operator), to process my personal data on the terms below.
1. Data processed
- email address — for one-time code sign-in, communication and activation codes;
- consent date and version, offer version — to confirm lawful processing;
- payment details: amount, date, “My Tax” receipt number, payment status; the transfer comment may contain the email;
- cloud progress: completed levels, statistics, user chips, Verilog projects and modules;
- the name on a personal certificate — only if I enter it myself and tick the publication box;
- technical data: IP address, request time, browser identifier — for security and abuse prevention.
2. Purposes
Providing Premium features, cloud progress storage, AI quota accounting, issuing and activating codes, receipts and refunds, user support, service security.
3. Legal grounds
This consent; performance of the contract (public offer); compliance with tax legislation (storage of payment records).
4. Processing
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to the extent necessary, blocking, deletion, destruction — by automated means.
5. Third parties
Data is not sold or shared for marketing. It may be shared with the hosting provider (servers in Russia), the email delivery service and payment/tax services to the extent required by the contract and law.
6. Retention and deletion
Account data and cloud progress are kept until the account is deleted. The account can be deleted at /en/premium/: the email, progress and sessions are removed. Payment records are kept indefinitely as tax and accounting records; on account deletion the email in the payment is replaced with an irreversible hash. Issued certificates remain verifiable by number; the name is removed.
7. Withdrawal
Consent can be withdrawn by deleting the account or by writing to support@ershovcomputer.ru. Withdrawal does not affect processing performed before it and does not cancel the legal duty to keep payment records.
8. Age
The service is intended for users aged 14 and over. Users under 18 confirm that they have the consent of a legal representative. Premium accounts are not intended for children under 14.
9. Rights
I may request information about the processing, require correction, blocking or destruction where grounds exist, and complain to the authorized personal data protection authority.
The final text is subject to legal review before Premium is enabled (PREMIUM_ENABLED=1).
